Position Overview As a Roofing, Siding, Window, and Gutter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing company and self-generated sales while representing Spartan Roofing Siding professionally in the field. Company-provided leads may be offered based on availability and performance; however, each sales representative is expected to consistently generate their own leads through referrals, door knocking, social media, and other proactive outreach efforts. What We Offer • Competitive commission structure • Comprehensive training program provided • Ongoing coaching and support • Company-provided leads based on availability and performance standards • Advancement opportunities • Structured CRM and sales systems Responsibilities: • Run company-provided leads as they become available • Generate new business through self-sourced leads, including door knocking, referrals, networking, and social media outreach • Conduct property inspections and assess exterior needs • Present estimates, explain products and services, and close sales • Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process when applicable • Accurately operate, maintain, and follow all required processes using the company-provided CRM software • Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams • Ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through project completion • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities Qualifications: • Sales experience preferred (roofing, siding, or construction sales a plus) • Strong communication and closing skills • Self-motivated and results-driven • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing • Social media lead generation is a plus • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Comfortable climbing ladders • Flexible availability • Bilingual (English/Spanish) not required but beneficial Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 at-plan commission
