Roof Service & Repair Specialist

Middletown, OH
Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Roofing Specialist who takes pride in extending the life of a roof. Our company philosophy is "Repair First." While many companies chase the five-figure roof replacement, we focus on being the honest experts who solve leaks, fix flashing, and provide our customers with a few more years of peace of mind. If you are a "roofing detective" who loves finding the source of a mystery leak and fixing it right the first time, we want you on our team. Compensation: Per-Job Responsibilities: • Leak Investigation: Perform thorough inspections to identify the root cause of leaks. • Precision Repairs: Execute high-quality repairs on various systems, including shingles, tile, metal, or flat roofs. • Component Maintenance: Repair or replace chimney flashing, skylight seals, valley tin, and pipe boots. • Honest Assessment: Provide customers with your evaluation of their roof. If a repair is the best move, that’s what we recommend. • Documentation: Take "Before and After" photos of every repair to provide transparency to the homeowner. • Communication: You can explain to a homeowner why the leak happened and how your fix prevents it from coming back. Qualifications: • Craftsmanship: You treat a small patch job with the same level of detail as a whole house. • Versatility: Knowledge of multiple roofing materials and how they interface with one another. • Physical Ability: Comfortable with heights, ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
