Location: Denver Metro Area, Remote Income: This is a fully commissioned role with limitless earning potential. Type: Contract Time: Make your own hours based on your own goals! What you'll do: As a vital member, you will be responsible for cultivating and closing deals to drive new business revenue from commercial and multifamily clients. This role is autonomous, requires strong motivation, and provides high earning potential. Here is what you can expect: * You will start on a 4-month ramp. In your first 2 weeks, you will be formally trained in our products and services in a hands-on approach within your own CRM account. * To round out weeks 3 and 4, you will train with your mentor hands-on and learn our approach to selling, pricing, and closing while working on active deals together. You will then be tested in a series of mock scenarios to determine your preparedness to run your first solo deal at around day 30. * Throughout the remainder of your ramp period, you will challenge yourself to master subject matter expertise in our products & services while opening your pipeline to more complex sales situations and deal sizes through sales training, shadowing, and leading sales and project cycles directly with customers. * After month 4 and beyond, you will continue to drive RSBG- Denver revenue through prospecting, providing sales consultations, project oversight, and closing deals. * Interaction with prospects via Zoom, Hangouts, phone, email, chat, and occasional on-site visits. * Keeping sales activity updated in CRM to ensure opportunity efficiency. * Collaboration with ownership to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity. * Education of clients on RSBG's industry approach.
