YOU: Will be starting as a part time Marketing Assistant. You'll work directly with our Marketing Director and Sales teams, based in California, as well our teams in Kansas City. This position can be partially remote, or you can work in our Kansas City office in Lee Summit. Eventually, this role will grow to full time. We're looking for 20-25 hours per week to start, where you'll be working with the Marketing Director and in house teams on projects like: Social media content development & scheduling Paid advertising strategy (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram ads) Developing direct marketing funnels (Email, text message) Working with blog writers on strategy, editing and implementation Light front end website edits (Wordpress) Developing or editing basic marketing materials with Adobe Suite Coordinating filming and photography shoots with construction teams Copywriting & interdepartmental communications We're not looking for an expert, we're looking for someone who's a self starter, solution finder, creative, and open to learning and growth. However, if you have experience in any of the above areas, this will be a huge bonus.
