ROOFING SALES REP-BASE PAY+UNCAPPED COMMISSION

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

LOCATION: LAKE MARY, FL

SALARY: $30,000.00/YEAR BASE SALARY PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION AND BONUS

Every homeowner will need their roof repaired or replaced at some time. A leaky damaged roof is a stressful experience. Most people think finding a trustworthy contractor who will do the work right, on-time and on-budget is wishful thinking. In short, these people are asking themselves, “How can I get this problem solved quickly with minimal aggravation to me and with someone I can trust?” THAT IS THE PROBLEM YOU WILL SOLVE.

We are hiring people who can step into a stressful situation and manage it start-to-finish with a trusty worthy character. Successful candidates interact with homeowners daily and build their pipeline through referrals.

No experience is necessary, in fact it’s preferred. RoofClaim.com provides all sales training needed and includes a generous compensation package. This is a recession proof industry with endless prospects. We heavily incentivize our sales representatives and award Company prizes for reaching certain sales goals. RoofClaim.com has awarded several Chevrolet Corvettes to our top performers for reaching revenue goals (most of the employees awarded have been employed for less than two years). Our top producers consistently earn monthly commission checks of $15,000 and up.

REQUIREMENTS

• Outgoing personality
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to use a smartphone
• Ability to lift 55 pounds
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb on and inspect roofs
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check, and MVR
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• 100% travel optional
• High School Degree or equivalent
