Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Canvassing Door Knocker and be the driving force behind community engagement and outreach! Are you outgoing? Motivated? In this energetic role, you will actively connect with residents door-to-door, promote our organization’s mission, and foster meaningful relationships. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help spread awareness, gather support, and create positive impressions within neighborhoods. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales, marketing, and customer service expertise while making a tangible impact in the community.
Responsibilities
Engage with residents through friendly, professional door-to-door canvassing to introduce our initiatives and gather feedback.
Comfortable walking neighborhoods & talking to homeowners
Educating homeowners on our services with clarity and enthusiasm.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact details and responses for follow-up purposes
Handle objections confidently through negotiation skills, ensuring a positive experience for every resident
As the first impression of our company, to represent our organization professionally at all times, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a respectful attitude
Must have your own reliable transportation
Skills
A background in marketing, sales, or customer service to effectively engage diverse audiences is preferred
Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising enhances your ability to connect with residents is preferred, but not required
Bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching a broader community demographic
Excellent communication skills—both listening and speaking—are essential for building rapport quickly
Negotiation skills to address questions or concerns confidently and positively, but not required
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Paid Training Included
No experience needed. We will train you on scripts, confidence, communication, and how to WIN at the door.
