PURPOSE
Our very busy, well-established Roofing and Siding company is seeking an Office Manager to join our Redmond team! As the face of our company, this successful candidate will be professional, friendly, highly organized and exhibit excellent communication skills. You will be handling all administrative duties; from answering the phone, scheduling appointments, to new hire paperwork, to minor bookkeeping. This position is an integral part of supporting this business and instrumental in ensuring that clients have a pleasant experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Impeccable customer service both in person and on phone; from primary inquiry to project follow up calls and emails
• Answer company phone line(s), taking and routing accurate and concise messages, streamlining communications to proper staff members via email or by phone
• Prepare and sort outgoing and incoming mail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with high working knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook
• Bookkeeping/Payroll
• New Hire Policy and Procedures and HR experience a plus
• Social Media Management
• Experience with DocuSign (preferred)
• CRM Software Management (preferred)
• Notary Public of Washington (preferred)
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed
• Strong customer service skills, organization, multi-tasking, and a self-starter a must!
REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• AAS in Office and/or Business Management or similar certification (preferred)
• Good understanding of office administration
Job Type: Full-time
-Responsible for opening and closing the office (8:00am– 5:00pm)
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour DOE
