About the Role
This is a leadership position responsible for managing 1–2 residential roofing crews per day. You will oversee projects from material delivery to final inspection, ensuring quality installations, efficient timelines, and a 5-star homeowner experience.
You are not expected to sell jobs — your focus is production, quality control, and crew performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily residential roofing production (1–2 crews)
Conduct pre-install walkthroughs and post-install inspections
Ensure jobs stay on schedule and meet company quality standards
Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners during installation
Coordinate with sales and operations for seamless job handoffs
Enforce safety protocols and professional jobsite standards
Minimize callbacks and warranty issues through proactive oversight
What We’re Looking For
3+ years residential roofing experience (production)
Experience managing subcontractor crews preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects
Comfortable using CRM or project management software
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
