About the Role:

Join 800 New Look as a Roofing & Home Improvement Outside Sales Representative and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping homeowners protect, improve, and enhance their homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, personable, and driven sales professional to connect with homeowners throughout the Metro Detroit area and provide quality solutions tailored to their needs.

This is a 1099, commission-based position, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while building your business and earning based on your sales performance. Successful candidates should be self-motivated, confident communicating with customers, comfortable working independently, and committed to providing exceptional service from the initial consultation through the completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

Run preset appointments.

Identify and engage potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.

Conduct on-site assessments to determine customer roofing needs.

Present and promote roofing products and services to prospective customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license for client visits.

Knowledge of roofing materials and installation processes is a plus.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or construction is a bonus.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to go door to door. Retail leads provided.
