Roofing Project Manager

Lee Roofing LLC is hiring a Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing installations from material delivery through final completion. This role ensures projects are installed correctly, job sites remain clean and organized, and crews have everything needed to complete work efficiently.

The Project Manager coordinates materials, monitors installation progress, documents projects, and helps ensure a professional experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on job sites by 7:30 AM on installation days • Ensure crews have correct materials and job information • Inspect delivered materials for accuracy and quality • Ensure Catch-All protection systems and yard signs are installed • Monitor installation progress and quality • Ensure job sites are cleaned within 24 hours of completion • Take before, during, and after photos and upload to JobNimbus • Track materials and verify job costs • Coordinate with crews, sales, and accounting to keep projects running smoothly

Additional Duties

• Run or deliver missing materials when needed • Maintain the production tracking spreadsheet • Review vendor receipts and material costs with accounting • Help organize office materials and prepare for upcoming installs when no jobs are scheduled

Requirements

• Construction or roofing experience preferred • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to work outdoors and manage job sites • Valid driver’s license

Schedule

• Installation Days: On site by 7:30 AM • Non-Installation Days: Report to office by 7:30 AM
