Roofing Project Manager - Residential Roofing Company - Commission Based - Hartford, CT

• Our client, a residential roofing company in Hartford, CT is looking for a Roofing Project Manager to provide estimates for home owners. The firm has a fantastic reputation in the industry, and is in high growth mode.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will travel to different areas within a two hour radius of Hartford, CT, where home owners may have experienced damage to their roofs after a storm. You will inspect their roofs and work with their insurance companies to repair and replace their damaged roofs. Local travel is expected in this position, and sometimes overnight.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will possess 1+ years of sales or construction experience. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should be able to talk to people easily.

Compensation:

• Compensation is 100% commission and typically put you between 40k - 60k first year. Second year reps average between 80k - 120k. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, fuel incentives, and much more.
