We’re currently seeking a skilled Roofing Repair Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and be a critical part of a company that actually cares—about customers, quality work, and your long-term success.

What You’ll Get:

$500 per week guaranteed, plus percentage of labor costs

Opportunity to make well over $1,000+ per week with commissions

Comprehensive Benefits Package

Company-Provided Work Van (pending a 2-week trial)

40 hours/week, M-F 8am-5pm

What We Need From You:

Must speak and communicate well in English

Strong time management skills and punctuality

Experience using a metal brake

Able to follow a production schedule set by management

At least 1 year of residential roofing repair experience

Must be based in or willing to relocate/commute to Dickson, TN

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
