    Role Overview

    As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with homeowners, generating leads, conducting roof inspections, presenting solutions, and closing projects. This is a hybrid field role with daily in-market activity and in-office training and check-ins as needed. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prospect homeowners through door-to-door outreach and local networking

    Conduct roof inspections and assess customer needs

    Present roofing solutions, estimates, and warranty options

    Generate and manage at least 7 self-sourced leads per week

    Track activity, photos, and deals using JobNimbus CRM

    Attend sales training sessions and team check-ins

    Meet or exceed monthly production goals

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Required:

    Ability to commit 40+ hours per week

    Comfortable with door knocking 25–50+ doors per day

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Strong communication and customer-facing skills

    Eligible to work in the U.S.

    Preferred:

    Roofing, construction, or home improvement sales experience

    Door-to-door or in-home sales background

    Insurance or storm restoration experience

    Strong presentation, follow-up, and closing skills

    Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation Structure: $80,000–$118,000 expected first year (Commission-Only) $148,000–$250,000+ long-term potential Uncapped commissions paid at 5% per deal, based entirely on performance.
