We’re looking for 3–5 driven, high-energy individuals to join our award-winning Sales Team. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to the industry, we’ll train you to become an expert in helping property owners restore and improve their homes and businesses.

With severe weather events impacting the region and consistent demand for home exterior upgrades, we’re seeing explosive growth in both insurance-related and retail roofing projects — and we need top-tier talent to help meet the demand.

REQUIREMENTS

• Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm or age-related damage
• Educate homeowners on the repair process — insurance or retail
• Generate leads through marketing, referrals, and self-promotion
• Guide customers through insurance restoration or retail estimates
• Take documentation photos, and prepare project details
• Represent Division 1 Roofing with professionalism and confidence

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to knock doors, self-generate leads, and run company leads
• Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections
• Reliable transportation
• A smartphone for inspections and CRM access
• Self-motivation, time management, and a hunger to grow - both personally and professionally
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
