    We are a highly reputable roofing company based in the Shenandoah Valley , and we're looking for a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative who is committed to achieving both company and personal goals at a high level.

    THE ROLE: As an Outside Sales Representative , your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality service. You will be responsible for meeting the performance benchmarks outlined in your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while working independently to complete tasks efficiently.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Achieving sales goals and consistently delivering results that contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
    • Maintaining your Metrics Board to track sales, conversions, and key data for continuous improvement.
    • Reflecting on closed and lost jobs to identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Building strong, professional relationships with office staff, vendors, and clients , ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Identifying and addressing business needs to maintain smooth operations in the Sales Department.

    Your ability to execute with consistency, initiative, and self-reliance will directly contribute to the success of Holloway Roofing and the overall satisfaction of our customers and employees.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Valid DL/insurance
    • Reliable vehicle
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Comfortable with heights
    • Eager to learn
    • Sales experience preferred

    REQUIREMENTS

    Marketing:

    • Track Leads
    • Submit daily, weekly & monthly lead reports
    • Help strategize marketing ideas based off lead reports
    • Dress well and always Represent Business Image
    • Maintain and upgrade Presentation Literature & Folders When needed
    • Upkeep on cleanliness of Sales Truck & required Maintenance
    • Doorhangers
    • Yard Signs @ main corners
    • Social Interaction w/ Community
    • Attendance in local referral groups
    • Weekly & Monthly Lead Reports
    • Up-Keep on uniform Shirts for sales
    • Monthly Report on vehicle upkeep
    • Monthly Discussion and Ideas submitted for producing the leads we want
    • Social interaction to the community

    Sales:

    • Master Greeting & Sales Pitch
    • Fully Understand Inspection Checklist
    • Master The Art of Focusing the sale on resolving the customers problems
    • Completion of all typed contracts
    • Job Progress entries and upkeep
    • Understanding of contract terms
    • Use of Docu Sign
    • All colors and final agreements arranged
    • Understanding of roof inspections
    • Transferring Jobs to Production
    • Document Job in commission report
    • Keep Acculynx updated
    • All Signed Jobs executed with complete info needed.
    • Bi-weekly Reflection on roof inspection list (add items as learning)

    Systems Development:

    • Continue adding to and systemizing Price Sheet
    • Continue Updating JobProgress
    • Get consistent with New Roof Softwares
    • Create Customer Satisfaction Tracker
    • Offer Financing
    • Update Material Lists and Costs in JobProgress as needed
    • Monthly Review of Progress
    • Continue adding knowledge to improve sales

    Reporting:

    • Daily Sales conversion reports
    • Weekly Sales Conversion Reports
    • Monthly Sales Conversions
    • Customer Satisfaction
    • Excel Follow up sheet complete weekly
    • Update Metrics on Dry Erase board and the main board on how the week went

    Team Development:

    • Monthly Meeting Discussing your promises and expectations as a salesman
    • On-Site Check Ins Bi-Weekly
    • Training classes
    • Read books
    • Monthly Meeting Execution Sheet submitted
    • Bi-Weekly Suggestions on Improvements
