    If you know how to sell roofing, close high-value jobs, build relationships, and lead other salespeople, this is your chance to prove it — and get paid accordingly.

    This role is built for a top 1% roofing sales professional who wants more than just another sales job. You’ll have the opportunity to sell both insurance and retail roofing work, pursue high-ticket multifamily opportunities, build your own team, and earn additional commission off your team’s sales.

    Responsibilities:

    Sell insurance and retail roofing projects

    Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team

    Pursue multifamily opportunities

    Work company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities

    Collaborate with production to ensure jobs are sold and executed properly

    Qualifications (If you don’t have all of these, please don’t apply):

    Highest integrity

    Proven roofing sales experience

    Xactimate experience

    Experience building or managing a sales team

    Strong closing ability and confidence selling high-ticket projects

    Competitive, self-motivated, and serious about making money

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
