Responsibilities:
Sell residential and commercial roofing projects (insurance and retail)
Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
Pursue large-scale and multifamily opportunities
Work company-provided leads along with self-generated business
Collaborate with production to ensure projects are sold and executed at a high level
Qualifications (If you don’t meet these, this role isn’t for you):
High integrity — non-negotiable
Proven track record in roofing sales
Xactimate experience
Experience building or managing a sales team
Strong closing skills with high-ticket projects
Competitive, self-driven, and financially motivated
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
