About the Role:

Join Wortham Construction Roofing as a Roofing Sales Manager, where you will lead exciting roofing projects while driving sales and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality roofing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Manage roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project proposals and estimates.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and materials.

Oversee project timelines and schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet client needs.

Lead sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes that arise promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and or project management. Roofing or construction industry experience not required but are a positive.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation techniques not required but are a positive.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Willing and able to knock door to door when required.
