What You’ll Do: Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing. Conduct roof inspections to identify storm or age-related damage. Educate homeowners on roofing systems and the insurance restoration process. Manage customer relationships from inspection to project completion. Build and control your own pipeline.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods. Strong communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Work Environment: This is a field-based position. You will be outdoors, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and managing your schedule around inspections and appointments. Flexibility and self-discipline are key.
