    Position Overview:

    As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess roof conditions, explain their options, and close deals. You’ll receive qualified company-provided leads, plus you’ll earn higher commissions for self-generated sales. Whether you're a seasoned sales pro or someone with strong people skills and the drive to succeed, this role offers the training, tools, and income potential you need to grow.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct roof inspections and provide professional, honest recommendations

    • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the decision process

    • Close sales from both company-generated and self-generated leads

    • Track your activity and pipeline in our CRM

    • Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Sales experience (roofing, solar, home improvement preferred—but not required)

    • Great communication skills and a strong work ethic

    • Confidence, self-motivation, and a desire to win

    • Ability to generate leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach

    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
