Key Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify homes with visible roof damage
• Conduct professional roof inspections and document findings accurately
• Educate homeowners about insurance claims processes and how we support them through it
• Explain the benefits of working with a licensed public adjuster
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow up efficiently
• Deliver a high standard of customer service from first contact through completion

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Willingness to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
• A positive attitude with a willingness to be coached and trained
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
