Position: Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative

What You’ll Do:

Generate and close residential & commercial roofing opportunities

Inspect roofs, siding, gutters, and storm-related damage

Meet homeowners and property managers

Work insurance restoration opportunities when applicable

Build referral relationships with agents, adjusters, realtors, and local businesses

Manage jobs from sale through production handoff

Represent the SERVPRO brand professionally

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, restoration, in-home sales, B2B, D2D)

Self-motivated and hungry to succeed

Strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Ability to climb ladders / inspect roofs preferred

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Xactimate knowledge preferred but not required
