About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential roofing.

Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate customer roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to customers.

Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.

Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.

Ability to work with Insurance companies to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to conduct thorough assessments and provide accurate estimates.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Knowledge of roofing materials and installation processes is a plus.
