Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, field-based Sales Representative to drive new business through door-to-door outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling.

In this role, you will identify restoration opportunities, guide homeowners through the process (including insurance), and represent the RESIDE brand with professionalism and integrity.

While we operate within the restoration industry, our primary focus is on window-based insurance claims , which are significantly larger and more lucrative than traditional roofing projects.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Prospecting

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
• Identify high-potential properties and restoration opportunities
• Engage homeowners and introduce RESIDE's services

Consultative Sales

• Educate homeowners on restoration and improvement solutions
• Build trust through consultative, needs-based conversations
• Secure agreements and guide clients through the restoration process

Project & Client Coordination

• Assist homeowners through insurance claims and project timelines
• Document property conditions and submit project details
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Relationship Building

• Develop long-term relationships with homeowners and referral sources
• Represent RESIDE with professionalism, integrity, and consistency
