Everything starts with you as the Roofing Sales Specialist on the front lines, informing and educating all clients from start to finish in the process. COMMISSION AND SALARY POSITION: $80,000 - $175,000 WEEKLY BONUSES+QUARTERLY BONUSES+ ONE-TIME SIGNING BONUS+EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUSES+LEADS Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction • Utilize AccuLynx or other CRM tools to track and manage customer information and generate reports • Strong project management • Estimating and quoting projects • Lead generation • Customer consultations Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales, specifically in roofing sales • Strong understanding of US work authorization requirements • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • Proficient in lead qualification and objection handling • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to climb on roofs to perform a roof inspection • Willing to canvass, leads also provided • Possess strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills • MUST have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to putting the customer first in all situations Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 yearly
