Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Self-generate roofing leads through door knocking, networking, and referrals
• Perform roof inspections (must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs)
• Clearly explain our process, services, and benefits to homeowners
• Maintain a strong understanding of roofing systems and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact to final handshake
• Collaborate with your team to hit sales targets and grow the business
• Act with honesty and integrity in every client interaction

• Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone
• Ability to think on your feet and handle objections professionally

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in roofing sales or home improvement is a plus, but not required
