This role is based in the Goshen, IN location - about 40 minutes from South Bend, IN. You’ll handle 1–2 service jobs per day, supervise a small crew, troubleshoot issues on-site, and deliver a professional, customer‑focused experience. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, receive strong internal support, and participate in weekly training to grow your skills.
