Requirements

Must be licensed and fully insured

Kino Roofing must be listed as an additional insured / certificate holder on your insurance documentation.

Must have knowledge and experience in the following roofing systems:

Shingle

Tile

Metal

Flat

Must provide your own tools, equipment, and full crew.

Must have reliable transportation and communication for daily updates.

Must adhere to manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and Kino Roofing’s processes and standards for quality assurance.

Must maintain professional communication and represent Kino Roofing with respect and care on every project.

Bilingual (preferred)

Responsibilities

Complete roofing projects efficiently and to Kino Roofing’s quality standards.

Submit daily progress updates (morning, afternoon, and end-of-day) to the Production Manager, including photos of work performed.

Follow project timelines, site safety guidelines, and customer communication procedures.

Ensure site cleanliness and thorough completion before turnover.

Compensation is a Pay Per Square depending on the Roofing System

Weekly pay schedule for completed jobs.

Jobs are paid NET 7 days after completion and approval.

Consistent workflow for qualified crews that meet Kino Roofing’s standards of quality, professionalism, and reliability.
