Roofing Superintendent – Commercial Projects 

San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | $90,000–$110,000 + up to 10% bonus

We’re hiring a Roofing Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across San Antonio. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, runs a safe and efficient jobsite, and knows how to bring out the best in their crew.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise Foremen, Craftsmen, and Technicians

• Lead by example with safety, teamwork, and quality control

• Manage production, materials, and manpower on site

• Communicate with Project Managers and General Contractors

• Conduct daily safety and quality checks

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years as a Foreman or Superintendent in commercial construction

• OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliability
