SureRoof is hiring a Roofing Superintendent to support our roofing crews with expert knowledge, strong leadership, and top-level craftsmanship. This is a salaried, hands-on field role, not a clipboard position.

You’ll work alongside the crew, guide critical details, do light hands-on work, and help prevent leaks or costly mistakes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Your Responsibilities -

Support the crew in the field and guide correct installation

Inspect roof details and prevent leaks before they happen

Handle complex repairs and troubleshoot issues

Upload essential photos and notes (minimal admin work)

Communicate clearly with our Production Lead and homeowners

What We’re Looking For -

5+ years master-level roofing experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Flat, metal, and premium roofing expertise

Reliable, steady, patient, and detail-oriented

Able to lead crews without doing full-time heavy labor

Compensation -

$95,000–$115,000 base salary

Quarterly performance bonuses

$3,000–$7,000 relocation assistance
