Onsite Supervisor (Working Supervisor) – Roofing Tucson, Arizona

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 Annually | Health Insurance | PTO | 6 paid holidays

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate roofing crews on shingle, tile, flat, and other residential/light commercial projects

Actively work alongside the team—tearing off, installing, flashing, and finishing as needed

Ensure every job meets high safety, quality, and timeline standards

Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, and builders—building trust and handling questions professionally

Perform site inspections, job walk-throughs, and quality checks

Coordinate materials, equipment, crew schedules, and daily logistics

Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and keep clients informed and satisfied

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of hands-on roofing experience (residential focus preferred)

Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of various roofing systems (shingle, tile, flat, coatings, etc.)

Comfortable on roofs and physically able to perform the work

Professional demeanor for client interactions—clear communication and problem-solving skills

Spanish speaking is a strong advantage (but not required)

Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to represent with integrity
