Roofing Supervisor - Roofing Company - Base Salary to 90k/year - Tucson, AZ

• Our client is a well-established and growing residential and commercial roofing company with over 30 years of experience serving the Tucson market. They specialize in new roof installations and repairs, working across a variety of roof systems including tile, asphalt shingle, and flat roofs.
  
• They are currently seeking a Roofing Supervisor to support their Tucson-based operations. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role ideal for a leader who is comfortable being in the field and on the roof alongside their crew. The Roofing Supervisor will oversee daily job site activities, lead and support roofing crews, actively participate in installations and repairs, and serve as a point of contact for clients. This position offers significant long-term growth potential for the right candidate within a stable and expanding company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage roofing crews on residential and light commercial projects
  
• Work alongside the crew performing roofing tasks as needed
  
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
  
• Communicate directly with homeowners, property managers, and builders
  
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and job walk-throughs
  
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew scheduling
  
• Resolve job-site issues and client concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on roofing experience
  
• Prior experience as a crew lead, foreman, or supervisor preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems (shingle, tile, flat, etc.)
  
• Comfortable interacting with clients and representing the company
  

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 70k - 90k/year range
