The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing the Partner Crews to ensure that the customer experience meets what is promised during the initial consultation. This Installation Manager oversees a small crew of 6 to 8 and ensures all work is done properly.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Visiting 1 to 2 job sites per day Interacting with the homeowners
Ensuring Installation Process is being adhered to
Taking photographs of job progress
Reporting to the Operations Manager
Delivering materials/hauling waste
Leading by Example
The successful candidate will have the following:
Strong Initiative
Experience communicating with both customers and employees
Attention to detail
The ability to anticipate and plan and ACT
High School diploma and/or GED is preferred
Must be 20 years or older as a company car will be given and need ability to get on the vehicle insurance as per requirement from Insurance company.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
