    We are looking for a motivated individual to join our newest location as a Rookie Sales Account Executive.

    Requirements

    Ability To Articulate Clearly & With Confidence

    Basic Literacy Of Technology/Applications

    Strong Presentation, Organization & Punctuality Skills

    Exude Leadership Qualities & Winning Attitude

    Authorized To Work In United States

    Able To Pass Background Check (18 Years Of Age Or Older)

    Highschool/GED Equivalency Diploma

    Duties

    Participate In Daily Team Meetings To Enhance Overall Performance

    Grasp Sales Techniques & Marketing Strategies

    Manage New & Existing Client Accounts

    Maintain Customer Follow-Up & Accurate Records

    Learn HR, Recruiting & Financial Management

    Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

    Schedule

    Full time (somewhat flexible)

    In-person at Peoria location (no remote/hybrid)

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base pay $400 per week + uncapped commission & bonuses (Typical earnings at $1,000.00 per week)

    Weekly pay every Friday via DDP (W4)
