    About the Role

    Aspen Suites Hotel Soldotna is seeking a dependable and guest-focused individual to join our team in a dual-role position supporting both Housekeeping and Front Desk operations. This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and positive guest experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Housekeeping / Room Attendant

    • Clean and service guest rooms and public areas according to brand and company standards.
    • Restock carts, linens, and supplies as needed.
    • Report maintenance issues promptly.
    • Ensure all rooms are ready for guest arrival in a timely and thorough manner.

    Front Desk

    • Greet and register guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.
    • Provide friendly and professional customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly.
    • Promote hotel amenities and services; upsell room types or upgrades when appropriate.
    • Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in housekeeping or front desk/customer service ****preferred.
    • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
    • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Willingness to cross-train and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.
