Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team and enhance the guest experience at our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment in guest rooms, ensuring a first-class experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to the hotel's standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels and toiletries, and replace used amenities.
- Inspect room fixtures and report any maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to hotel standards.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a supply of cleaning products and tools and ensure their proper usage.
- Follow established safety procedures and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to reach occupancy targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the hotel's reputation.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Room Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly attitude.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
