We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused professional to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will help create a welcoming, comfortable, and clean environment for every guest by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout assigned rooms and areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to property standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock room amenities and supplies
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs, damage, or missing items, and report concerns promptly
• Respond courteously to guest requests and provide assistance as needed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures at all times
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and maintain organized work areas
• Work efficiently to complete assigned room counts within scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional communication and guest service approach
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
