Join ROBERTS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY as a Housekeeper and be a vital part of our team in beautiful Sedona, AZ. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

• Make beds and change linens, pillowcases, and towels.

• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture and surfaces.

• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, water, and tissues.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report repairs needed.

• Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before guest check-in.

• Respond to guest requests for extra towels, amenities, or housekeeping services.

• Follow health, safety, and infection-control procedures.

• Keep housekeeping carts stocked and organized.

• Handle lost-and-found items according to company policy.

• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.

Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
