We are a licensed tattoo establishment offering a private room rental for a Permanent Cosmetic Artist or Tattoo Artist seeking a professional, established space to work from.

This is a weekly room rental arrangement ideal for an independent artist with their own clientele.

Rental Details

$150 per week, paid weekly

Artist must provide their own supplies

Artist must carry their own liability insurance

Optional add-on: Use of our booking system and business phone for an additional $50 per week

Requirements:

Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist or Tattoo Artist (per state/local regulations)

Current liability insurance

Professional, reliable, and self-sufficient

Able to manage your own clients and schedule
