    Position: Room Service Attendant

    Reports to: General Manager

    We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and professional individuals to join our team as Room Service Attendants. Our Room Service Attendants know our menus inside and out and take pride in delivering attentive, friendly, and sanitary in-room dining service. We want every guest to feel valued and cared for, creating a positive experience that keeps them coming back.

    We serve high-quality food and great drinks in a fun, hospitality-driven atmosphere! If you are willing to learn, we will teach you. Our Management Team is hands-on and always ready to support, coach, and step in when needed. Most importantly, they will ensure you have the tools and guidance necessary to deliver exceptional service throughout the guest’s in-room dining experience — from order preparation to delivery and follow-up.

    Position Summary

    The Room Service Attendant is responsible for preparing, delivering, and retrieving in-room dining orders while providing prompt, courteous, and personalized service. This role ensures every guest receives their order accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of hospitality.

    Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions

    Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner

    Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented according to Wahlburgers standards

    Set up trays or tables in guest rooms as needed

    Clearly communicate order details and answer guest questions

    Process payments and obtain signatures when required

    Retrieve trays, carts, and service items promptly after service

    Maintain the cleanliness of the room service stations and equipment

    Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    Communicate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and management teams

    Handle guest requests or concerns with professionalism and urgency

    Minimum Requirements

    Friendly, polished, and guest-focused personality

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    Professional appearance and demeanor

    Ability to push carts and lift up to 30–40 lbs.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Previous restaurant, hospitality, or hotel experience preferred

    Flexible shifts available

    Evening and weekend availability may be required
