RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advertise for rooms and effectively screen leads
• Fill assigned apartments by the individual room as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Match roommates together based on preferences, personalities and interests
• Collaborate with fellow matchmakers and leadership team
• Approach sales and customer service obstacles with creative problem solving skills

Back in 2016, we were working in real estate and getting fed up with the lack of empathy and innovation. Countless people couldn't afford to live alone, didn't have anyone to live with, and no one was doing anything about it!
