Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Service Technician. Must be experienced in repairs on piping systems, snaking/jetting drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and expect all of our Plumbers to be able to work independently to troubleshoot issues, make the repairs, and test the systems to ensure they work correctly.
Responsibilities
Serve customers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to get the job done right.
Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home & family.
Explain/Educate customers on their plumbing needs at the customer level.
Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner
Competent in all aspects of plumbing repair including; tank-type water heaters, plumbing fixtures, sewage pumps, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
Be willing to share expertise with other team members, especially apprentices
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
Ability to troubleshoot service issues.
Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
Must possess own basic hand tools.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
