    We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our company and promote our products and services to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new revenue opportunities. You will assist with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started and enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, we want you on our team. Your earning potential is between $50K and $65K. Depending on experience, we will pay you between $45k and $55k plus $5k to $10k in performance-based Bonus. Plus: • PTO Responsibilities: • Execute campaigns through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics • Run our social media accounts, respond to messages and online reviews • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, and blogs, that are professional and well-written • Work with Website Developers to ensure that website meets our needs and works well across various devices and platforms. Maintain website after it goes live • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers • Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers • Assist in organizing marketing and networking events • Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas • Provide feedback to BOH and FOH operations regarding customers’ requests, issues, and complaints to improve customer experience • Increase and improve ratings and reviews across multiple platforms • Improve brand loyalty and increase repeat customers and average spend per cover • Increase the number of event/catering inquiries from various sources e.g. SEO, Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, 3rd Party Websites • Implement various techniques to improve customer experience e.g. Chatbots, Texting • Increase traffic to Restaurant Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of current market trends Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field • Experience with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role • Experience creating online content • Experienced with scheduling tools for social media, like Hootsuite and Buffer • Excellent communication skills • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
