We are seeking a calm yet energetic Montessori Assistant Toddler/Infant Teacher to join our team! You will be helping the Head Teacher in the classroom.

Desire to learn the Montessori Method and work with younger children. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students Responsibilities:

Learn the Montessori Method

Foster Independence

Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

Maintain the classroom environment

Communicate with other teachers and other school personnel

Work in Infants -3 year old classroom or 3-5 year

Flexible to work in 3-5 year olds as well

Qualifications:

AAS in Early Childhood or Montessori Training Preferred; Experience with this age group required

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

Problem solving and mediation skills
