    Detailed Responsibilities

    • Articulate the value, capabilities, and impact of Digital Coworkers to business leaders across the insurance industry

    • Generate new business leads and relationships via outbound cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, etc.

    • Leverage technology to research and engage organizations using an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach

    • Maintain data integrity by updating company CRM with progress and obstacles

    • Reach out to 100+ contacts per day in effort to qualify leads and set appointments for Roots Automation leadership

    • Maintain active engagement with leads through creative follow-ups and nurturing

    • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for developed leads and opportunities

    Experience Required:

    • 2-4 years of inside sales experience selling to enterprise organizations

    • Able to hold conversations comfortably and confidently with authority figures

    • Ability and desire to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-pace, technical environment

    • Persuasive communication skills in effort to drive both education and action

    • Clear, concise communication skills, both oral and written

    • Ability to stay determined through rejection and client bureaucracy

    • Driven to hold themselves to high standards

    • Aggressive drive toward performance incentives and exceeding goals

    • Works well independently and collaboratively


    Preferred Qualifications

    • High-ticket technology experience, such as within software development, automation, or IT consulting

    • Experience working in a startup environment

    • Background in remote, independent work

    • Experience generating appointments with Fortune 1000 business leaders
