Responsibilities: • Conduct initial patient assessments and create personalized care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers • Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly • Provide patient education on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting • Valid Medical License in the state of Colorado • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus Compensation: $85 - $125 hourly
