Job Description

We are seeking a Supervisor Operations for our client! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. Will travel throughout region. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and work with others by coaching, giving/receiving feedback, performance counseling and documentation.
• Allocate services and documentation to meet or exceed program standards
• Train and monitor operations to ensure performance expectations and standards
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside office
• Perform basic maintenance/troubleshooting on fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware, POS and software
• Perform administrative duties such as time keeping, shift schedules, daily activity reports, card inventory, equipment inventory and requisitioning supplies
• Maintaining confidentiality and being trusted with sensitive and personal information
• Problem solver- resolving problems in real-time to ensure a positive applicant/customer experience
• Representing the company and programs to a professional stand and identifying opportunities to provide more products and services while applicant is in store.

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills/attention to detail
• Strong leadership qualities
• HS Diploma Required / Prefer Some College
• Customer Focused
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
