Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor Operations for our client! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. Will travel throughout region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and work with others by coaching, giving/receiving feedback, performance counseling and documentation.
- Allocate services and documentation to meet or exceed program standards
- Train and monitor operations to ensure performance expectations and standards
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside office
- Perform basic maintenance/troubleshooting on fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware, POS and software
- Perform administrative duties such as time keeping, shift schedules, daily activity reports, card inventory, equipment inventory and requisitioning supplies
- Maintaining confidentiality and being trusted with sensitive and personal information
- Problem solver- resolving problems in real-time to ensure a positive applicant/customer experience
- Representing the company and programs to a professional stand and identifying opportunities to provide more products and services while applicant is in store.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills/attention to detail
- Strong leadership qualities
- HS Diploma Required / Prefer Some College
- Customer Focused
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
