    We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and responsible Adventure Guides to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the outdoors, a commitment to safety, and the ability to engage and motivate participants of all ages. As a Ropes Course Employee, you will be responsible for facilitating and supervising activities, ensuring the safety of all participants, and providing an unforgettable adventure experience. Responsibilities: • Facilitate ropes course activities, including high and low elements, zip lines, and climbing walls. • Ensure the safety of all participants by following established safety protocols and conducting daily equipment checks. • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to participants, ensuring they understand how to use the equipment safely. • Supervise and support participants throughout their experience, offering encouragement and guidance as needed. • Conduct pre-activity briefings and post-activity debriefings to enhance the learning and team-building aspects of the experience. • Perform regular maintenance and inspections of ropes course elements and equipment. • Assist in the setup and breakdown of course elements as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR if necessary. • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive environment. Qualifications: • Must be 18 years old. • High school diploma or equivalent; Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) accreditation, additional education or certifications in outdoor recreation, adventure education, or related fields is a plus. • Previous experience in ropes course facilitation, outdoor education, or adventure programming is preferred. • Certification in first aid and CPR is required; advanced certifications (e.g., Wilderness First Responder) are highly desirable. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including children, teens, and adults. • Physically fit and able to perform the tasks required for ropes course facilitation, including climbing, lifting, and working at heights. • Demonstrated commitment to safety and risk management. • Positive attitude, flexibility, with a team-oriented mindset. • The ability to pass E-Verify screening • Pass a background check and drug test Compensation: $15 per hour
