    Marketing Manager and Listing Coordinator We may have an opportunity coming up in our office for a full-time “Marketing / Listing Coordinator." This is a non-sales position. Do you do well with people? Do you do well with tasks? Do you perform well in a fast-paced environment? Responsibilities: This position involves working with every aspect after a home is listed to sell until it goes into escrow: • Managing and “owning” the process • Day-to-day communications with the home seller and agents • Preparing marketing material for the home, flyers etc • Managing social media marketing for the home • Gathering information for inputting into, and maintaining all, MLS updates • Photographing the home and/or meeting photographers and videographers • Meeting other vendors at the property as needed • Coordinating repairs • Occasionally present properties at local real estate meetings On a bigger scale, you'll oversee our ongoing marketing that includes: • Monthly mailers and other marketing • Coordinating other special marketing projects • Social media updates and blog entries Qualifications: • Need an active CA DRE license • Real estate office experience preferred • Reliable automobile and good driving record (reimbursed mileage) • Familiar with the SDMLS (Sandicor) MLS system • Seriously good multi-tasker • Able to figure things out and to anticipate client needs and management requests • Problem solving • Reliable, punctual and able to own a project or task and just get it done • Well spoken with great grammar and punctuation • Energetic and good with people • Always honest and ethical • NOT required, but a big plus: digital graphics experience, Photoshop and video editing Compensation: $16 - $21 hourly
