Residential & Commercial Salesperson (Orlando / Central Florida)

Residential: Looking for a full-time residential fence salesperson for outside fence estimating and sales. Applicant must have good written and verbal communication skills; must have basic computer skills. Some type of construction background is preferred. Must be able to read a tape measure and have mathematical aptitude. Business hours are M-F 8am to 5pm but evening and Saturday appointments are sometimes necessary. Located close to Goldenrod Rd and Hwy 50. Areas serviced are Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and S. Lake Counties.
$700 Weekly draw against monthly commission earned. Commission defined = 30% of gross profit.

Commercial: Estimator needed for commercial fence company in Orlando, FL. Candidate must be able to prepare estimates for bidding projects, reading plans and blueprints, preparing submittals, and overall project supervision. Fencing and/or construction experience preferred. $1000 Weekly draw on commission-based sales volume. Commission defined = 25% of gross profit; $80,000+ Possible

• Hours of operation are M-F 7am to 5pm.
• Company vehicle is provided during normal business hours for sales calls and job- related travel.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid FL driver's license.
